I recently commissioned a character portrait for $25 from this gentleman. He's done some work on Champions and P&P products. I'm fully satisfied, and will probably use him for some NPCs in my home Golden Heroes games. I have no affiliation, nothing to be gained here. Just sharing, in case anyone is interested.
