City of Fragrant Pearls - Systemless wuxia sandbox for use with whatever setting you wish

Systemless wuxia sandbox you should be able to insert in whichever setting you wish. I used it in @BedrockBrendan 's Ogre Gate setting.
The numbers system is a mnemonic aid for the GM, as explained in this thread:

I'm slowly working on my own (wuxia-themed) sandbox. In fact, I'm posting it here as part of one of my statuses (City of Fragrant Pearls). The restriction on length helps keeping me brief and to the point. But @BedrockBrendan pointed out to me that it's not being organized in the usual way...

OK, I can also think of some interpretations that I wasn't thinking about at the time. Especially those that start with "where those pearls have been"...

But I'm not against cracking jokes either way.

Well, I couldn't post a diagram as a status, but if I decide to expand upon it, I'll try and remember to make one...

My numbering system is basically a node diagram, in a way.
