The Solar Eclipse Today

Did anybody get a chance to see it? My daughter and I took a drive to the ocean and there were people taking their special glasss and putting them up against the lens of their iPhones to take pictures. I saw one lady looking at it with just her sunglasses on.

My daughter said "we're all gonna die". We thought it was kind of funny as if it were a sign of the apocalypse.

It was odd. I have never seen a solar eclipse before and it actually felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It did feel kind of magical, I can easily see it being considered an omen.
